A full IT, security and AV fit-out for a real-estate developer's office and sales gallery.

A property developer was fitting out a new office with a sales gallery, a mock-up hall and corridor, executive rooms, meeting rooms and a reception.

Every data point had to be terminated and tested, and the network, cameras, door access, phones and meeting-room AV all had to work from one rack before the space opened to buyers.

What we delivered

Missan's project team terminated, tested, traced and labelled every available data point, built the rack to the agreed network design and installed the devices on site:

• A rack with a gateway, an aggregation switch, four access switches, redundant power supplies, network storage and an NVR, all uplinked over SFP
• 16 cameras and 16 microphones across the site, including the sales gallery, mock-up areas and server room
• 14 Wi-Fi access points plus 2 in-wall access points for the executive rooms
• 14 IP phones and 12 flex connections in the sales gallery
• Door access: 4 outdoor and 4 indoor readers, an access hub, a magnetic lock, an electric lock and an emergency access unit
• 4 wireless display-casting units for the lounges and meeting rooms, and 4 power amplifiers for audio
• A port-by-port record of every switch, so each device can be traced to its room

The outcome

The developer's representative signed the completion report in August 2025. The handful of items that depended on parts the client was supplying, such as one lock and one power cable, were listed openly on the report.
