Most infrastructure projects end at go-live. Ours can carry on, so the people who built it are the people who look after it.

Step 1
Design
We look at what you run today, agree what has to stay up, and size the servers, storage and network to match. You get a written design and a fixed quote.

Step 2
Build
Hardware is supplied, racked and configured. Migrations happen in stages, each with a way back if something goes wrong.

Secure
Firewall, endpoint protection and admin accounts are set up as part of the build, and antivirus goes on every server.

Manage
If you want, monitoring and managed IT start at handover, so the team that built it keeps it patched and reports on it monthly.

Who you deal with
One project lead from the design meeting to handover.
Your IT manager or operations head has one project lead, who owns the design, the schedule and the handover documents.
The installation is done by our project engineers from our UAE head office, onsite anywhere in the UAE. After go-live, support calls go to the helpdesk and reach an engineer who has the project documentation in front of them.

What IT managers ask before an infrastructure project.
What does a systems integration project include?
Design, hardware supply, installation, migration from your current servers, security setup, backup with a tested restore, documentation and handover. Ongoing management is optional and quoted separately.
Do you supply the hardware?
Yes. We supply enterprise hardware from HPE, Dell, Lenovo and Supermicro. For Indemnity Insurance Brokers we supplied and installed a new HPE server and SAN storage on Windows Server 2025.
How do you avoid downtime during the migration?
Migrations run in stages, usually outside working hours, and each stage has a way back. The old platform stays in place until the new one has run cleanly.
How is a project priced?
A fixed quote for design, hardware and installation, agreed before work starts. Any change to scope is quoted in writing before we do it. Ongoing support is a separate monthly fee if you want it.
What warranty and support do we get after go-live?
Hardware carries the manufacturer’s warranty, which we register in your company’s name. After handover you can move to our managed IT, or take the documentation and run it yourselves.
Can you work with our existing vendors and kit?
Yes. We keep what still has life in it and replace the rest. Where another vendor runs your ERP or phones, we work with them directly.
