What it does not include.
- A security operations centre staffed around the clock. Alerts go to our engineers during business hours and under any out-of-hours cover we agree.
- Penetration testing (VAPT). We arrange it as a separate, scoped project when you need an independent test.
- Certification audits such as ISO 27001. We help you produce the evidence; the auditor certifies.

What are managed cybersecurity services?
A monthly service where an outside team keeps your security controls set up, patched and watched: endpoints, email, firewall, Microsoft 365 identities and backups. You get alerts handled, an incident plan and a monthly report, instead of a one-off project that goes stale.
Who provides managed cybersecurity in the UAE from a local team?
Missan Global runs managed cybersecurity from its head office in Sharjah, where it has worked since 2004, and covers Dubai, Abu Dhabi and every other emirate. We are a Sangfor Gold Partner and a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider.
Do you run a 24/7 security operations centre?
No, and we would rather say so. Monitoring and alerting are automated and run 24/7. Alerts are escalated to our engineers during business hours and under any out-of-hours cover we agree in the contract.
Does managed cybersecurity help with UAE PDPL and client security reviews?
Yes. We produce the evidence that data protection reviews and client questionnaires ask for, such as MFA coverage, patch status, access lists and backup restore records. Legal interpretation of the PDPL stays with your adviser.
What is the difference between managed security services and MDR?
Managed security services keep the controls in shape: firewall, endpoint, email filtering, MFA and patching. MDR adds the detection and response layer, where suspicious activity is investigated and contained. Most UAE clients take both under one contract.
Do you provide managed security services in Dubai and Abu Dhabi?
Yes. We cover Dubai, Abu Dhabi and every emirate from our UAE head office. Monitoring and alerting are automated and run 24/7; alerts are escalated to Missan’s engineers during business hours and under any agreed out-of-hours cover, and engineers come onsite when a fix needs hands.
What does the managed cybersecurity and MDR service cover?
Endpoint protection, email security, firewall and VPN review, Microsoft 365 and identity security (MFA, admin roles, Defender), backup separation and restore tests, an agreed incident plan and a monthly risk report. The scope is written into the contract per site and per user count.
What are your response times when an alert fires?
Response targets are agreed per priority level and written into the contract. A confirmed incident is escalated to an engineer within your first-response target, and we contact the person you name on your side.
Will you complete our security questionnaire or vendor due-diligence pack?
Yes. Send it through the enquiry form and we reply within one business day. We can also produce the evidence your auditors or clients ask for, such as MFA coverage, patch status and backup restore records.
How is it priced?
Per user or per device, plus any licences such as Microsoft Defender or a firewall subscription. We quote after a short review of your environment, so the price matches what you actually have.
Can you cover offices outside the UAE?
Yes, remotely. Dicetek’s India office runs behind a firewall we configured and is supported from here. Remote coverage extends to the US, UK, India, Uzbekistan and the Middle East. We have teams in 3 countries, with a UAE head office.
What is the contract length, and what happens if we leave?
Contract length is agreed up front. Your firewall, Microsoft 365 tenant and admin accounts stay in your company’s name, and when you leave we hand over the configuration and documentation in writing.
