What is windream?
windream is a German document management and workflow platform. It stores, indexes and versions documents, routes them for approval, archives email and keeps records for as long as the rules require. Missan is the windream Exclusive Middle East Partner.
Is it only for document storage?
No. Most buyers start with documents and later add approval workflows, contract deadlines, HR files, invoice capture and email archiving on the same platform, with one set of permissions and one audit trail.
Can it run in the UAE, on our own servers?
Yes. windream can run on your servers, in a UAE private cloud or as a hosted service, which matters for government, financial and regulated organisations that need to know where their records are held.
Does it connect to SAP and our ERP?
windream has connectors for SAP and several finance systems, plus a web service interface for others. Invoices and orders can be filed against the ERP record, so staff open the document from the transaction.
Can it hold our e-invoices?
Yes. windream can capture and archive electronic invoices with the original file, extracted data, approval history and retention rules, so finance can find any invoice for an audit. See our UAE e-invoicing pages for the 2027 mandate.
How is windream licensed and priced?
As a per-user subscription in three packages, from documents only up to the full platform with workflow, HR and workplace booking, plus a one-time setup. We quote after a short workshop on which documents and processes come first.
Who supports it after go-live?
We do, from the Sharjah head office, with escalation to windream where a product issue needs it. Training for administrators and users is part of the rollout.
