What IT services does Missan provide?

Mostly managed IT and IT support (including AMC contracts), cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, backup and cloud. We also do windream document management, compliance work and AI automation for clients who want them.

Where do you work?

Teams in 3 countries: the UAE, India and Uzbekistan, with the head office in Sharjah. Engineers go onsite anywhere in the UAE. Clients in the US, UK, India, Uzbekistan and the wider Middle East are supported remotely.

Can we switch to you from our current provider?

Yes. Your current provider stays on while we take over, and nothing is cut off until our side is tested. It usually takes about 30 days.

What is the free IT health check?

Ten questions online give you a score straight away. Then one of our engineers goes through support, security, Microsoft 365, backup and continuity with you and writes down what they would fix first. It is normally AED 1,800; we do it free.
