The practical details for India
Head office in Sharjah with teams in 3 countries (the UAE, India and Uzbekistan). We have no office in this country.
- Hours overlap
- Near complete. Our hours, 08:30 to 17:00 UAE time, are 10:00 to 18:30 in India. Saturday mornings are covered too.
- Onsite
- Missan has a team in India. For an India-only company, or for local onsite questions, start with Missan India at www.missan.in. For groups run from the Gulf, we agree in the contract what remote work covers and what needs a visit.
- Contracts
- A group run from the UAE contracts with Missan Global in the UAE. A company based only in India should contract with Missan India. Scope, response targets and exit terms are written in before work starts.
- Data residency
- We work inside your tenant and tools under admin roles you grant and can revoke. Your Microsoft 365 data stays in the geography Microsoft has assigned to your tenant. If you use FortGrid backup, we confirm the storage region in writing before you sign.
