Networks · cabling · CCTV & access control
Network cabling, CCTV and access control for UAE offices, warehouses and sites.
One team surveys the site, runs the cabling, sets up the network and installs the cameras. For IMS we upgraded the network at its JAFZA head office and installed CCTV at its Ras Al Khaimah office. For ILLUMIN8 we installed the warehouse network and a SonicWall firewall.
IMS · JAFZA and Ras Al Khaimah
Server room set up and network upgraded at the JAFZA head office, a CCTV system designed and installed at the Ras Al Khaimah office, and IT equipment supplied across UAE sites.
ILLUMIN8 FZE · SAIF Zone
Warehouse network and SonicWall firewall installed, door access in a new factory area, and biometric attendance at its Dubai site connected to head office over VPN.
What we install
Cables, network, cameras and doors, on one drawing.

- Structured cabling
- Data and voice cabling, patch panels and racks, tested and labelled at both ends so the next engineer can find things.
- Switching and routing
- Aruba CX, Cisco Catalyst, FortiGate, SonicWall, Ubiquiti or Mikrotik, with separate networks for staff, guests, cameras and phones.
- Wi-Fi
- Access points placed from a survey of each floor or warehouse, so coverage holds at the far end of the racking.
- CCTV and IP cameras
- Hikvision, Dahua, UNV or AVer cameras, chosen per area for the coverage, detail and low-light performance it needs.
- Recording
- NVR or video management sized for the retention period you need, with access to footage limited to named people.
- Access control
- Door access and biometric attendance on the same network as the cameras, added during the build or fitted to an existing site.
How a project runs
Survey first, then a fixed quote.
Nobody can price cameras or cabling properly without walking the site.
-
Step 1
Site survey
An engineer walks the site and checks cable routes, power, rack space and camera positions before anything is quoted.
-
Step 2
Design and quote
You get a drawing of camera positions and network points, a cabling schedule and an equipment list with a fixed price.
-
Step 3
Installation
Cabling, racks, network and cameras installed by our own team, then tested and labelled.
-
Step 4
Handover and support
As-built drawings, passwords in your name and a walkthrough of the recorder. After that, support under an AMC or our managed IT.

Who you deal with
One project lead, and the same engineers from survey to handover.
Your facilities, operations or IT manager has one project lead who owns the drawing, the schedule and the snag list.
Installation is done by our own project engineers from our UAE head office, onsite anywhere in the UAE. After handover, faults go to our helpdesk, and the cameras and network can sit under the same support contract as the rest of your IT.

Questions
What facilities and IT managers ask before they install.
Do you install structured cabling and CCTV in the same project?
Yes. One survey covers data points, racks, Wi-Fi, CCTV and access control, and you receive one drawing and one fixed quote. The same engineers carry the work from survey to handover.
Do you do both the cabling and the cameras?
Yes. Survey, cabling, network, cameras, recorders and access control are one project with one team, so there is no gap between a cabling contractor and a camera installer.
Which brands do you install?
Cameras from Hikvision, Dahua, UNV and AVer. Network from Aruba CX, Cisco Catalyst, FortiGate, SonicWall, Ubiquiti and Mikrotik. We choose per site rather than fitting one model everywhere.
How is a cabling or CCTV project priced?
A fixed quote after the site survey, based on the number of points, cameras, cable runs and the equipment list. Any change on site is quoted in writing before we do it.
How long does an installation take?
It depends on the number of points and whether the site is occupied. We give you a schedule with the quote, and work outside business hours where an occupied office needs it.
Can you cover several sites?
Yes, onsite anywhere in the UAE. For IMS we upgraded the network at the JAFZA head office and installed CCTV at the Ras Al Khaimah office.
Who looks after it after installation?
We can, under an AMC or our managed IT. The recorder, cameras and network are registered in your company’s name, and you keep the drawings and passwords if you choose someone else.
