Wi-Fi · switching · multi-site networks

Wi-Fi and network design for UAE offices, warehouses and branches.

We survey each floor before placing access points, keep staff, guests, cameras and phones on separate networks, and manage branches from one place. For IMS we upgraded the network at its JAFZA head office; for ILLUMIN8 we installed the warehouse network at SAIF Zone.

What we do

Coverage where people work, and networks kept apart.

We supply, install and support network equipment from vendors including Aruba, Cisco and Ubiquiti.

22+ years · 5,000+ clients served since 2004 · 10,000+ projects delivered since 2004

Wireless survey
An engineer measures coverage and interference floor by floor, and marks where each access point should go.
Access points
Placed for the number of people and devices in each area, including meeting rooms that fill up at once.
Switching
Managed switches with power over Ethernet for access points, phones and cameras, sized with spare ports.
Separate networks
Staff, guest, CCTV, voice and payment devices on their own VLANs, with firewall rules between them.
Multi-site management
Branches configured from one console, with the same settings and alerts everywhere.
Fixing an existing network
We find the cause of dropouts and slow spots in the network you have before recommending new equipment.

How a project runs

Survey, fixed quote, then a staged rollout with a way back.

We change one floor or one branch at a time, and the old access points stay up until the new ones carry a working day.

  1. Step 1

    Site survey

An engineer visits, records what is installed today and what the business needs from it, before anything is priced.

  2. Step 2

    Fixed quote

You get an equipment list, the labour, a schedule and one written price. Anything that changes on site is quoted in writing first.

  3. Step 3

    Staged rollout

One site, floor or group at a time. The old setup stays in place, with a tested way back, until the new one is proven.

  4. Step 4

    Handover and support

Documentation, admin access in your company’s name and a walkthrough. Then support under an AMC or managed IT if you want it.

After go-live

What network support covers.

  • Firmware updates for access points and switches in an agreed window.
  • Alerts when an access point, switch or uplink goes offline, routed to our helpdesk.
  • Network changes, new floors and new branches handled as support requests.
  • Up-to-date network diagrams and admin access held in your company’s name.
  • Onsite visits anywhere in the UAE from our Sharjah head office.

Support runs Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00 and Saturday 08:30–14:00 (Dubai time), with out-of-hours cover agreed in the contract where you need it. We reply within one business day to anything that is not urgent. See IT AMC contracts and managed IT services.

Questions

What buyers ask before they sign.

Which Wi-Fi and switch brands do you install?

We supply, install and support network equipment from vendors including Aruba, Cisco and Ubiquiti, plus the firewall at the edge. The choice depends on the size of the site, how many people roam between floors and if cloud management suits you.

Why is our Wi-Fi slow in some rooms when the signal looks full?

Usually too many devices on too few access points, neighbouring networks on the same channels, or access points placed for convenience rather than coverage. A survey shows which one it is before you buy anything.

Can you cover a warehouse or a site with racking?

Yes. Metal racking blocks signal, so access points are placed from a survey of the aisles where scanners are used. For ILLUMIN8 we installed the warehouse network at its SAIF Zone site.

Do guests get on the same network as staff?

No. Staff, guests, cameras, phones and payment devices sit on separate networks, so a guest laptop cannot see your file server or CCTV recorder.

Can you manage several branches from one place?

Yes. Branch switches and access points can be managed centrally, with the same settings everywhere and changes made remotely instead of with a site visit.

How is a Wi-Fi project priced?

A fixed quote after the survey, covering access points, switches, licences, cabling to each access point and installation. Changes found on site are quoted in writing before we do them.
