Who we are

Missan Global (MISSAN COMPUTER L.L.C.SP) is a UAE-based technology company providing managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, compliance and AI automation solutions. Our website is missanglobal.com. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy, and we process it in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL"). Information we collect

• Personal information you provide — such as name, email address, phone number and company details when you contact us, book an IT health check or request resources.
• Recruitment information — if you apply for a role with us, your CV/resume and any covering information you submit through our careers page. See "Recruitment data" below.
• How you reached us — when you send a form on this site, it also includes how you first arrived on our site during that visit: the campaign details in the link you followed (such as which of our adverts it came from, including Google's ad click ID), the website that referred you, and the first page you landed on. It is stored with what you send us, and we use it only to see which of our advertising and pages lead to enquiries.
• Technical data — such as IP address, browser type and device information collected automatically when you visit the site.
• Tracking technologies — cookies and similar technologies used for analytics and advertising measurement. We currently use Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads conversion tracking; see "Cookies and tracking" below for exactly what that means.
• Live chat — if you use the chat window on our site, the messages you write, the name and email you choose to give, and basic technical details (such as browser and page) are stored by our own chat system, hosted on Missan servers in the UAE, so our team can reply. The chat window loads only after you interact with the page or a few seconds after it opens.

• Measuring which of our advertising and pages lead to enquiries
• Sending relevant communications where you have engaged with us
• Fraud prevention, security and regulatory compliance

Recruitment data

When you apply for a role through our careers page, the CV/resume and any other information you submit is collected to assess your suitability for the role and to contact you about your application. Submitted applications are recorded as a ticket in our service management platform, a third-party service that acts as a data processor on our behalf for this purpose and is used by our HR team to track and respond to candidates — it is not used for any other purpose with your data. We retain recruitment data for as long as reasonably necessary to run the hiring process and to consider you for suitable future roles, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete your application at any time by emailing info@missanglobal.com.

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising — for example, whether a visit that began with one of our adverts led to an enquiry or a booked call. We do not use Meta Pixel or any Meta/Facebook tracking technology on this site.

• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are active by default.
• Advertising cookies (Google Ads) are denied by default for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and are not set for those visitors. For visitors elsewhere they are active by default, and we use them only to measure whether our advertising led to an enquiry.
• We do not use these cookies to personalise the adverts you see: ad personalisation is switched off for every visitor.
• Campaign details for forms (how you first arrived, described under "Information we collect") are held in your browser's session storage, not in a cookie, and your browser clears them when you close the tab. They leave your browser only if you send us a form.

To opt out, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on; and manage how Google uses your information for advertising in My Ad Center. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data may be shared with trusted service providers that operate parts of our website, marketing tools and service management platform (described above), and with legal authorities where required by law.

Your rights

Under the PDPL, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@missanglobal.com.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including legal and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Security

We apply technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the data we hold. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
