GCC & Middle East
Enterprise IT for the GCC, delivered from the UAE.
Missan Global has run enterprise IT from the UAE for 22+ years — 5,000+ client engagements since 2004, Microsoft Solutions Partner for AI Business Solutions, Sangfor Gold Partner for the Middle East, and the exclusive windream partner for the region. Today the same team serves organisations in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain: remote-first managed IT, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and backup led from Sharjah HQ, with onsite engineering arranged when the work genuinely needs it.
Why a UAE partner works across the GCC
The Gulf shares a clock, a culture and a standard. So does its IT.
A serious IT partner is measured by credentials, tooling and the team behind the helpdesk — not by how many branch offices it rents. Here is why a UAE-headquartered partner is a natural fit for the whole region.
Same clock, same rhythm
The Gulf runs within an hour of UAE time. Support hours, change windows, project calls and escalations line up with your working day — no overnight hand-offs to a team ten time zones away, no waiting until another continent wakes up.
Credentials that travel
Microsoft Solutions Partner for AI Business Solutions — one of the first globally — plus Cloud Solution Provider, Sangfor Gold Partner for the Middle East and the exclusive windream partnership for the region. These attach to the firm, not to a street address.
Remote-first, matured at scale
Monitoring, helpdesk, patching, identity and backup tooling proven across 5,000+ client engagements since 2004. The same stack works identically whether the endpoint sits in Sharjah, Riyadh or Muscat — distance is not a variable.
Fluent in Gulf business
Two decades of working in the region: English-first business communication, Arabic-region working culture, and the procurement, approval and relationship rhythms that make Gulf engagements run smoothly.
Featured — windream ECM/DMS
The exclusive windream partner for the Middle East.
windream is an enterprise document management platform — records classification, retention, approval workflows and complete audit trails, integrated with Microsoft 365. Any organisation in the region adopting windream works with Missan.
Licensing & scoping
windream licensing for GCC organisations is arranged through Missan — scoped against your document volumes, users and retention requirements before anything is signed.
Implementation & migration
Structured moves from shared drives, inboxes and legacy systems into a governed windream repository — records classification, retention rules, workflows and audit trails.
Ongoing support
Administration, upgrades, Microsoft 365 integration and user support delivered remotely from the UAE, with onsite workshops and go-live assistance arranged as needed.
Services that travel
Enterprise IT that was already remote — long before it crossed a border.
These services are delivered through monitoring, cloud tooling and a senior remote team by design. They work the same way in Doha or Dammam as they do in Dubai.
Managed IT & monitoring
24/7 monitoring, remote helpdesk, patching and senior escalation — the core of managed IT is remote by nature, and crosses borders without losing anything.
Managed IT servicesCybersecurity & MDR
Email, endpoint and identity protection with managed detection and response. Attackers do not care where your office is — neither does the defence.

Tenant setup, migration, security baselines and Copilot readiness from a Microsoft Solutions Partner for AI Business Solutions and Cloud Solution Provider.

IT services in United Arab EmiratesThe straight answer
How we serve the GCC — honestly.
Missan has no local office in any GCC country outside the UAE, and we say so on every page rather than bury it. Delivery is led remotely from our Sharjah HQ with onsite visits scheduled by arrangement — which means you get an enterprise-grade UAE team on every ticket, not a local-shop compromise.
Led remotely from the UAE
Monitoring, helpdesk and senior engineering run from our Sharjah operations base, backed by delivery teams in Chennai and Tashkent. Most enterprise IT work never needed a local branch — it needed the right team.
Onsite by arrangement
Installations, migrations, workshops and hands-on project work are delivered by engineers travelling from the UAE — scheduled in advance around your operations, never promised as if we were around the corner.
One partner across borders
Offices in Dubai, Doha and Riyadh? One agreement, one helpdesk, one security stack and consolidated monthly reporting across every entity and country.
Named escalation path
Business-critical incidents route to a senior engineer with a defined escalation path — the same discipline our UAE enterprise clients get, regardless of which side of the border you sit on.
Client commitments
How Missan works with you.
The same published commitments apply whether your operation is in Sharjah, Riyadh, Doha or Manama.
One business day
New enquiries are answered by a senior person within one business day.
Senior escalation
Business-critical issues escalate to a senior engineer — not a ticket queue.
Onsite across the UAE
Local onsite response coordinated from our Sharjah HQ, serving every emirate.
Structured 30-day switch
Moving provider? A structured 30-day handover keeps your operations running.
IT services GCC — questions
What GCC organisations ask before engaging us.
Do you have offices outside the UAE?
Our headquarters is in Sharjah, UAE, and our delivery teams are in Chennai (India) and Tashkent (Uzbekistan, where Missan Global LLC is a registered company and IT Park Uzbekistan resident). We do not have offices in other GCC countries — and we would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise. GCC clients are served remote-first by the same enterprise team that has run UAE engagements since 2004, with onsite visits arranged and scheduled when the work genuinely needs hands on hardware.
How does windream licensing work in the GCC?
Missan Global is the exclusive windream partner for the Middle East, so any organisation in the region adopting the windream ECM/DMS platform works through Missan. We scope the licence against your document volumes, users and retention needs, arrange the licensing, and deliver implementation, migration, Microsoft 365 integration and ongoing support — remotely from the UAE, with onsite workshops arranged as needed.
Can you support a company with offices in several Gulf countries?
Yes — this is where the model is strongest. Multi-country groups get one agreement, one helpdesk, one monitoring and security stack, and consolidated reporting across every entity, instead of juggling a different local provider in each country. Remote delivery covers the day-to-day everywhere; onsite engineering is scheduled per site as required.
How do engagements start?
With a conversation and a remote assessment. We review your environment — infrastructure, Microsoft 365, security posture, backup and licensing — then propose a scoped agreement with clear deliverables and reporting. Onboarding is handled remotely in most cases; where a project needs onsite work, engineer visits from the UAE are planned into the schedule from day one.
See your IT risk clearly — before it costs you.
The free Missan IT health check (AED 1,800 value) gives leadership a practical view of support, security, Microsoft 365, backup and continuity gaps — in one structured session.
