Bina · Built by Missan

Friday night, a full café and a slow till? Run it all from one app.

The queue is out the door, orders are shouted to the kitchen, the oat milk runs out and the owner finds out tomorrow from a spreadsheet. Bina is the system Missan is building for cafés, restaurants and food stores: till, kitchen, stock and reports, all connected and all live.

What Bina does

Till, kitchen, stock and reports, connected.

One app for the whole day, from the first coffee to the last report.

A till that keeps selling

Tap the items, take cash or card, or split the bill. If the internet drops, Bina keeps taking orders and catches up when it is back online.

Cash under control

Cash in, cash out, safe drops and payouts are recorded with a manager's PIN. Changing cashier takes one tap, so every drawer has a clear owner.

Kitchen display by station

Each order goes straight to the kitchen display, filtered by station: bar or kitchen. No more shouted orders.

QR ordering at the table

Customers scan a QR code, then order and pay from their own phone, in five languages including Arabic.

Stock that counts itself

Every sale deducts the ingredients in its recipe, so Bina warns you before you run out. Suppliers and purchase orders sit in the same place.

The owner sees it all

Daily sales, profit and loss, item sales and stock health across every outlet, with an AI assistant that answers questions in plain English.

Who uses it

One app. Each person sees only what their role allows.

Bina is built for cafés, restaurants and food stores.

Cashier
Signs in with their own account, runs the till, and counts the drawer at the end of the day.
Kitchen
Sees every order on a screen, filtered by station.
Manager
Looks after stock and the team, and approves cash movements with a PIN.
Staff
Each team member works with only the screens their role needs.
Customer
Orders and pays from their own phone with a QR code at the table.
Owner
Sees the whole business, across every outlet, in one place.

How it works

How a day runs, from the first coffee to the last report.

  1. 1

    Open the till

The cashier signs in with their own account and counts the opening cash.

  2. 2

    Sell

Tap the items and take cash, card or a split bill. Bina keeps working if the internet drops.

  3. 3

    Keep cash under control

Cash in, cash out, safe drops and payouts are recorded with a manager's PIN.

  4. 4

    Send orders to the kitchen

Orders reach the kitchen display by station, and QR orders from the table arrive the same way.

  5. 5

    Let stock look after itself

Every sale deducts its recipe ingredients, so low stock shows up before you run out.

  6. 6

    Close and count

The cashier counts the drawer without seeing the expected amount, so the count is honest. The Z-report closes the day.

  7. 7

    See it all

The owner sees daily sales, profit and loss, item sales and stock health across every outlet.

Bina: questions

What businesses ask us about Bina.

What is Bina?

Bina is the point-of-sale and operations system Missan is building for cafés, restaurants and food stores. The till, the kitchen display, QR table ordering, stock, cash control and the owner's reports all live in one app, and each person sees only what their role allows.

Does Bina keep working if the internet drops?

Yes. Bina keeps taking orders when the internet drops, and catches up when the connection is back.

Can customers order from their own phone?

Yes. Customers scan a QR code at the table, then order and pay from their phone, in five languages: Arabic, English, Hindi, Filipino and Urdu.

How does Bina handle stock?

Every sale deducts the ingredients in its recipe, so Bina tells you what is running low before you run out. Suppliers and purchase orders live in the same place.

Can one owner see several outlets?

Yes. Bina is multi-outlet: the owner sees daily sales, profit and loss, item sales and stock health across every outlet, and an AI assistant answers questions about the business in plain English.
