Who you deal with
One account lead, a helpdesk, and engineers who know your setup.
Staff raise tickets with the helpdesk at our UAE head office. Anything the helpdesk cannot close goes to an escalation engineer within your first-response target.
Your IT or operations head has one account lead, who sends the monthly report: tickets, security findings, backup and restore results, and open risks in priority order.
Monitoring and alerting are automated and run 24/7. Alerts go to our engineers during business hours and under any out-of-hours cover we agree.

Do you provide IT services for government entities in the UAE?

Can you manage records and documents for a UAE government entity?
Yes. As windream’s Exclusive Middle East Partner we set up records classification, retention schedules, approval workflows and audit trails, with Arabic and English documents in one repository.
How do you start with a new government client?
With a site survey and a written scope. Onboarding takes about 30 days: we take inventory, check backups, close the urgent security gaps and agree escalation contacts. Migrations are staged, with a way back, so the old system stays live until the new one is proven.
Can our data stay in the UAE?
Yes. Systems can run on your own servers or on a Sangfor private cloud hosted in the UAE, and Microsoft 365 tenants can be set up in Microsoft’s UAE data centres. We tell you where every copy of your data lives.
Will you complete our supplier registration and security questionnaire?
Yes. Send them through the enquiry form and we reply within one business day.
How are government IT projects priced?
Support is priced per user or per device. Projects get fixed quotes after a site survey, with each deliverable written down so it can be checked against the purchase order.
What response times do you commit to?
Response targets are agreed per priority level and written into the contract. Anything the helpdesk cannot close is escalated to an engineer within your first-response target.
What happens at the end of the contract?
If you leave, your Microsoft tenant and accounts stay in your name. We hand over passwords, configuration and documentation in writing to you or your next provider.
