Data migration services, UAE
Data migration services for UAE organisations, planned so nobody loses a working day.
Missan Global moves email, files, databases and servers between systems: Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, file servers to SharePoint, legacy ERP records into a format you own, and on-premises servers to a UAE-hosted private cloud. Every move has a written plan, a test run and a sign-off.

- Email and identity. Google Workspace, on-premises Exchange, IMAP mail or another Microsoft 365 tenant into Microsoft 365, with domains, mailboxes and calendars
- Files. Windows file servers, NAS boxes, Google Drive and Dropbox into SharePoint and OneDrive, with permissions mapped
- ERP and business data. Records extracted from legacy ERP and CRM systems, validated and handed back in a format you own
- Servers and virtual machines. On-premises servers to a UAE-hosted Sangfor private cloud or to Microsoft Azure

How it runs
How a migration runs.
- 1
Inventory and sizing
What moves, how much of it and who owns it. Data that should be archived instead of moved is flagged.
- 2
Written plan
Order of work, cut-over window, rollback and the check list each department signs.
- 3
Test migration
A sample moves first so you can check it before the main run.
- 4
Cut-over and support
The move happens out of hours where possible, and our helpdesk handles the first-week questions.

Data migration, questions
What buyers ask before the first call.
What data migration services do you provide in the UAE?
Email and identity moves into Microsoft 365, file server and drive moves into SharePoint, data extraction from legacy ERP and CRM systems, server moves to private cloud or Azure, and Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant moves.
Will our staff lose access during the migration?
We plan the cut-over for out-of-hours where possible and run a test migration first. In our Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 case study the firm did not lose a working day.
Can you get data out of an old system we no longer have access to?
Often, yes. For Al Borj Machinery we extracted years of records from a legacy ERP/CRM, validated them and handed them back as a backup the company owns outright.
Where is the data stored after migration?
Where you choose: Microsoft 365 or Azure in the region you select, or a private cloud hosted in the UAE on Sangfor.
Can you migrate offices outside the UAE?
Yes, remotely, for offices in the US, UK, India, Uzbekistan and the Middle East.
