Yes. Missan Global is a Microsoft Solutions Partner for AI Business Solutions, one of the first partners globally as confirmed by Microsoft’s letter, and a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider. Our head office is in Sharjah and we cover Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the other emirates from there.
What happened to Microsoft Gold and Silver partner status?
Microsoft retired the Gold and Silver competencies when it moved to the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. Today the designations are called Solutions Partner. Missan’s competencies under the former programme are historical; its current designation is Solutions Partner for AI Business Solutions.
Can we buy Microsoft 365 licences through you?
Yes. As a Cloud Solution Provider we bill Microsoft 365, Azure and Copilot subscriptions monthly or annually, and review the seat count before each renewal.
Do you support companies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi?
Yes. We cover Dubai, Abu Dhabi and every emirate from our Sharjah head office, with remote support for offices in the US, UK, India, Uzbekistan and the Middle East.
What if we want to change Microsoft partner later?
Your tenant, domain and admin accounts stay in your company’s name. Changing partner is a written handover, and we tell you what to ask the next provider for.
