How we protect your access
The controls on our side of the relationship.
An IT partner holds privileged access to your systems. These are the controls we apply to our own staff and devices.
Multi-factor sign-in for every staff account
All Missan staff sign in to Microsoft 365 with multi-factor authentication. A stolen password alone does not open our systems — or the access we hold to yours.
Managed, protected devices
Company devices are centrally managed and run endpoint protection, so we can enforce updates, encryption and security settings, and act quickly if a device is lost.
Least-privilege access to client systems
Engineers are given access to a client environment only when the work needs it, at the level the work needs, with that access logged and removed when it is no longer required.
Confidentiality agreements
Every engineer signs a confidentiality agreement covering the client information and systems they work with.
Data protection
How we collect, use and protect personal data, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), is set out in our privacy policy.

Can you provide documents for our vendor registration?
Yes. Copies of our trade licence, Microsoft partner designation letter, award certificates, insurance certificates and company profile are available on request. Use the form on this page and tell us which you need.
Do you hold business insurance?
Yes. Insurance certificates are available on request as part of the vendor document pack.
How do you protect the access you have to our systems?
Staff accounts use multi-factor authentication, devices are managed with endpoint protection, and engineers receive access to your environment only when the work needs it — logged, and removed when no longer required. Every engineer signs a confidentiality agreement.
How do we report a security issue with your website?
Our vulnerability disclosure route is published on our website security page and in /.well-known/security.txt, following RFC 9116.
