How do you price support?
Managed support is a monthly fee based on your users and sites. Projects and on-site work get fixed quotes after a site survey, so you know the number before we start.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Tell us the term you need and we will propose it. If you leave, your Microsoft tenant and accounts stay in your name, so you are never locked in by your own data.
We already have an IT provider. How does switching work?
We take over in stages: documentation and access first, then one system at a time. Migrations are staged migrations with a way back, so nothing is switched off until its replacement works.
