Copilot can read anything the user can read. If permissions are loose, it will find files people never knew they could open.

What does Microsoft 365 management include?
Tenant administration, Entra ID identity and MFA, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive support, Defender and email protection, Purview retention where required, licence reviews and Copilot readiness. The scope is written into the contract per user count.
Can you move us from Google Workspace or another tenant?
Yes. We have moved a UAE professional-services firm from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, covering mail, files and identity, and moved Spatial Composite Solutions’ engineering files from Dropbox into SharePoint.
Can you reduce our Microsoft 365 licence costs?
Often. We check every licence against who is actually using it, remove unused ones and move users to the plan they need. You see the list before anything changes.
Who owns the tenant and admin accounts?
Your company does, from day one. We work through delegated admin access that you can remove at any time, and when you leave we hand over the documentation in writing.
How is it priced, and how long is the contract?
A monthly fee per user for management, plus the Microsoft licences themselves. Contract length is agreed up front. Licences bought through us can move to another provider when you leave.
Do you support users outside the UAE?
Yes, remotely. ILLUMIN8 has users in Sharjah, Dubai and India on the same tenant. Remote coverage extends to the US, UK, India, Uzbekistan and the Middle East.
