Staff across sites needed secure remote access, reliable backups of critical systems (ERP, domain and finance), and fast day-to-day support.

Configured a new firewall for Dicetek India and renewed the head office firewall.
Manages secure VPN access for staff across locations.
Rebuilt backup jobs for the ERP, domain and Tally servers, set up replication backup for virtual servers, and ran an offline backup and restore cycle across all servers.
Supports SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and biometric attendance, plus everyday helpdesk.
