- Security and infrastructure audit
- A paid, formal audit of servers, network, identity, backups and security settings, with every finding written up and ranked.
- Roadmap and budget
- A plan for the next two to three years: what to replace, when, and roughly what it will cost, so IT spend stops arriving as emergencies.
- vCIO
- A named Missan consultant who joins your management reviews, owns the roadmap and explains IT decisions to the board, without a full-time CIO salary.
- Second opinion

How an audit runs

We agree what is in the review, who we talk to and when you get the report. Nothing starts until the scope is written down.

Review
Our engineers look at the systems themselves, not only the paperwork: admin consoles, backup logs, firewall rules, licences.

Report
A written report with each finding, why it matters and what it would take to fix, in priority order.

Decide
You fix it in-house, hire someone else or ask us. If you move to our managed IT, the audit fee is credited toward onboarding.

Who you deal with
The people who review your IT are the people who run IT for our clients.
Your finance head or managing director has one consultant from first call to final report. That person presents the findings and answers the board’s questions.
The technical review is done by engineers from our UAE head office who support trading, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare and multi-site groups every day.

What does a vCIO actually do each month?
Joins your management or IT review, keeps the roadmap and budget current, reviews risks and vendor contracts, and explains technology decisions to leadership. The number of hours and meetings is agreed in the contract.
What does an IT audit cover, and what do we receive?
Network, servers, endpoints, Microsoft 365 and identity, backup and recovery, licensing and security settings. You receive a written report with each finding, the risk it carries and a ranked list of fixes.
Can the report be used for auditors, insurers or a client’s security questionnaire?
Yes. Many clients ask for it for exactly that reason. Send us the questionnaire or the insurer’s checklist at the start and we make sure the report answers it. We reply to every enquiry within one business day.
How is it priced?
The health check is free. Audits are a fixed fee based on the number of sites, servers and users, quoted before we start. vCIO is a monthly fee. The audit fee is credited toward onboarding if you move to our managed IT.
Do we have to sign up for managed services afterwards?
No. Many clients use an audit only as a second opinion, or hand the report to their in-house team. There is no obligation.
Can you review offices outside the UAE?
Yes, remotely, for sites in the US, UK, India, Uzbekistan and the Middle East. Onsite work is within the UAE. We have teams in 3 countries, with a UAE head office.
