The Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), overseen by SDAIA, sets rules on processing and transferring personal data, including transfers outside the Kingdom. If our remote access from the UAE touches personal data, your compliance team will want to document it. We give them the access details and data locations they need.
ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoora) affects the finance systems we support. We work with your ERP or accounting vendor on the IT side, such as connectivity, certificates and user access. The e-invoicing integration itself belongs to the software vendor.
Government-linked and critical-sector organisations may also follow the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls. We can configure systems to match the controls your compliance team names. We do not certify compliance with any Saudi regulation.

Headquartered in Sharjah, with teams in the UAE, India and Uzbekistan. Services here are delivered from our UAE operations base, with onsite work scheduled by arrangement.
- Hours overlap
- Saudi Arabia is 1 hour behind the UAE, so our hours (08:30 to 17:00 UAE time) are 07:30 to 16:00 in Riyadh. That matches the Saudi working day from Monday to Thursday. Sunday is a Saudi working day when we are closed, so Sunday cover is agreed separately.
- Onsite
- Day-to-day work is remote. Site surveys, deployments and migration cutovers are planned into the project, with engineers travelling from the UAE. There is no same-day onsite response in Saudi Arabia.
- Contracting
- Your agreement is with Missan Global in the UAE. Scope, response targets, travel for onsite phases and exit terms are written in before work starts.
- Where data sits
- If data must stay in the Kingdom, raise it at scoping. We confirm in writing where any FortGrid backup or windream data would be stored, and design around Saudi-hosted options where required.

Do you have an office in Saudi Arabia?
Saudi Arabia is served from our UAE headquarters in Sharjah, with teams in 3 countries (the UAE, India and Uzbekistan). Saudi clients are served remotely, with onsite project phases arranged in advance.
Can your engineers come onsite in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam?
Yes, by arrangement. Site surveys, deployments and migration cutovers are planned into the project, with engineers travelling from the UAE. We do not offer same-day onsite response in Saudi Arabia.
Do you support Sunday, the start of the Saudi week?
Not as standard. Our working week is Monday to Saturday. Automated monitoring runs every day, and Sunday engineer cover can be written into the contract.
Can you help with ZATCA e-invoicing?
On the IT side: network, certificates, user access and keeping the finance PCs and servers healthy. The e-invoicing integration is delivered by your ERP or accounting software vendor.
Can we get windream in Saudi Arabia?
Yes, through Missan as the exclusive windream partner for the Middle East. We handle scoping, licensing, implementation and support, with workshops and go-live onsite where the plan needs them.
Can our data stay in Saudi Arabia?
Raise it at scoping. Your Microsoft 365 data stays in the geography Microsoft assigned to your tenant, and we confirm in writing where any backup or windream data would be stored before you sign.
