- It is not a penetration test, a vulnerability scan or a formal security audit. Those are separate pieces of work, quoted separately.
- It does not promise savings, a score or a particular outcome. It records what we find and what we would look at first.
- It is not a sales presentation. The written summary is yours to keep whoever you choose.

What is an Infrastructure Health Check?
A structured review of the core of your IT estate: servers and storage, network and Wi-Fi, backups, and security basics such as firewall, endpoint protection and sign-in. You receive a written summary of what we found and what to look at first.
Is it really free?
Yes. The review and the written summary are free for qualifying UAE organisations. There is no obligation to sign an AMC or buy anything afterwards.
How is this different from the IT health check?
The IT health check looks at your IT as a whole, including support arrangements and Microsoft 365. The Infrastructure Health Check goes deeper on servers, network, backups and security basics, which is the groundwork for scoping an AMC.
Do you need access to our systems?
We ask you to show us the environment and answer questions. If we need to look at a device or console, we do so with your staff present and with your permission, and we do not change anything during the review.
What happens after the review?
You get the written summary. If you would like an AMC, we use the findings to scope it and quote after a survey. If you do not, the summary is still yours to use as you wish.
