We set up IT for new companies and office moves across the UAE: cabling, network and Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365, laptops, security, phones and CCTV. For IMS we built the server room and upgraded the network at its JAFZA head office, then installed CCTV at its Ras Al Khaimah office.

What people ask before a move.
How early should we start?
When you sign the lease. Internet lines and cabling usually set the timeline, and both depend on the landlord and the fit-out contractor as much as on us.
Can you work with our fit-out contractor?
Yes. We agree cable routes, data point positions, the comms room and equipment placement with the fit-out team so nothing has to be chased into the ceiling afterwards.
How is the project priced?
It is quoted as a fixed project from the floor plan, headcount and equipment list. Ongoing support after move-in is a separate monthly contract, and you can choose not to take it.
Do you support us after move-in?
Yes. Many clients continue with an IT AMC or managed IT services after setup.
Do you set up offices for new companies with only a few users?
Yes. We set up offices of every size, from small teams to multi-floor sites and warehouses.
We also have staff outside the UAE. Can they connect?
Yes. We set up VPN and Microsoft 365 access for remote staff and offices in the US, UK, India, Uzbekistan and the Middle East, and support them remotely.
