We list mailboxes, sizes, shared calendars, file data, domains and the devices people use, and agree what moves and what is archived.

Fixed quote and plan
One written price, a batch plan and a cut-over date. Anything that changes is quoted in writing first.

Test, then batches
A few mailboxes move first so we can check the result with you. Then everyone else in batches, with the old system still live.

Cut-over and handover
Mail flow switches outside working hours, we check every mailbox and help staff on the first morning, then hand over admin access in your company’s name.

Can you move us from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365?
Yes. Mail, calendars, contacts and Google Drive files move into Exchange Online, OneDrive and SharePoint. We run a test migration on a few mailboxes first, then move everyone in batches and switch mail flow on a planned cut-over, usually outside working hours.
We still run an Exchange server in the office. Can that move too?
Yes. On-premises Exchange moves to Exchange Online in stages, with mail flowing between the two while it happens. Once the last mailbox has moved and been checked, the old server is retired, not before.
Our company was acquired, or is splitting. Can you do a tenant-to-tenant move?
Yes. Mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint sites and Teams move between Microsoft 365 tenants, and the domain moves at the end. These moves need more planning than most, so we agree the order, the cut-over weekend and the way back in writing first.
Will we lose email during the move?
You should not. Mail keeps arriving at the old system until the cut-over, and the final sync picks up anything that came in late. We check every mailbox count against the source before we sign off.
How long does a Microsoft 365 migration take?
It depends on mailbox sizes, the amount of file data and how many people there are. A small office can be done in days. A larger company usually runs over a few weeks in batches. You get the timeline with the fixed quote, after we have looked at what you have.
Do we need to buy licences through you?
No, but you can. We are a Microsoft partner and can supply Microsoft 365 licences on monthly or annual terms, and we check that each user gets the plan they actually need before you buy.
What happens after the move?
We set up MFA, backup for Microsoft 365, basic security settings and a short guide for staff. Then you can keep support with us under managed IT, or we hand everything to your own team with admin access in your company’s name.
