- Synology or QNAP for file shares and engineering drawings, with permissions by department and snapshots against ransomware.

- Windows Server 2025, Hyper-V, Proxmox or Sangfor HCI, set up so one failed host does not take everything down.

An engineer visits, records what is installed today and what the business needs from it, before anything is priced.

Fixed quote
You get an equipment list, the labour, a schedule and one written price. Anything that changes on site is quoted in writing first.

Staged rollout
One site, floor or group at a time. The old setup stays in place, with a tested way back, until the new one is proven.

Handover and support
Documentation, admin access in your company’s name and a walkthrough. Then support under an AMC or managed IT if you want it.
After go-live
What server and storage support covers.
- Monitoring of disks, temperature, power supplies and capacity, with alerts to our helpdesk.
- Monthly patching in an agreed window, after a backup has completed.
- Warranty and hardware fault handling with the vendor, including on-site part replacement.
- Backup checked daily and a sample restore tested on a schedule.
- Capacity reports, so storage is extended before it is full.
- Onsite visits anywhere in the UAE from our Sharjah head office.
Support runs Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00 and Saturday 08:30–14:00 (Dubai time), with out-of-hours cover agreed in the contract where you need it. We reply within one business day to anything that is not urgent. See IT AMC contracts and managed IT services.

Which server and storage brands do you supply?
We supply, install and support servers and storage from vendors including HPE, Dell, Synology and QNAP, and set up Windows Server 2025 or virtualisation on top. We choose after looking at your workloads, not from a stock list.
Should we buy a server, use a NAS or move to the cloud?
It depends on what runs on it. File shares for a small office often sit well on a NAS with an offsite backup. An ERP or line-of-business database usually needs a proper server or a private cloud. We show you the costs of each option over three to five years before you decide.
Can you replace an old server without losing data or a working day?
Yes. The new server is built and tested alongside the old one, data is copied and checked, and users are switched over in an agreed window. The old server stays available, read-only, until you confirm everything is in place.
What about VMware licensing costs?
If your VMware renewal has jumped, we can move virtual machines to Hyper-V, Proxmox or Sangfor HCI. See our VMware alternatives page for how a move is planned.
Do you back up the servers you install?
Every server we install is handed over with backup set up and a test restore done in front of you. Ongoing backup can run on FortGrid, our own backup and disaster recovery platform, or on your existing product.
How is a server or storage project priced?
A fixed quote covering hardware, warranty term, licences, installation and data migration. Support afterwards is a separate monthly line or part of an AMC.
