Use of this website
The content on this site is provided for general information about Missan and its services. You are welcome to browse the site, link to our pages and share them. In return, we ask that you do not:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Scrape or bulk-download content at volumes that degrade the service for other visitors
- Attempt to interfere with the site's security or availability
Free tools and calculators
We offer free tools on this site — including the IT health check, cybersecurity scorecard, downtime calculator, pricing estimator and licence right-sizer. Please understand what these tools are and are not:
- Their outputs are indicative and for general information only, based on the inputs you provide.
- They are not quotes, audits, professional advice or guarantees of any outcome, cost or result.
- The only commercial terms that bind Missan are those set out in a signed agreement between us.
If a tool's result raises a question for your business, talk to us — we are happy to look at your actual environment before anything is agreed.
No professional advice
Our guides and articles — for example on the UAE PDPL, e-invoicing and software licensing — are general information written to help you get oriented. They are not legal, tax or other professional advice. For decisions that carry legal or financial consequences, consult a qualified adviser about your specific situation.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and design of this website belong to Missan or its licensors. Product and company names mentioned on the site — such as Microsoft, Sangfor, windream and 3CX — are the trademarks of their respective owners; mention of them does not imply their endorsement of this site.
Third-party links
Some pages link to external websites. Those sites are outside our control, and linking to them does not mean we endorse their content. Check their own terms and privacy policies when you visit them.
Limitation of liability
