Do you have engineers in Dubai?
Our engineers go onsite across Dubai from our Sharjah head office, and most Microsoft 365 work is done remotely. We have teams in 3 countries and support organisations across the UAE.
Can you move our licences to Missan without disruption?
In most cases, yes. Changing the billing partner does not touch your mailboxes or data. We confirm the steps with you in writing before anything changes.
Who owns the tenant if we leave?
You do. The tenant and admin accounts are in your company’s name from the start, and licences bought through us can move to another partner.
Do you support users outside the UAE?
Yes, remotely, in the US, UK, India, Uzbekistan and the Middle East. ILLUMIN8 has users in Sharjah, Dubai and India on the same tenant.
Can you help with Copilot?
Yes. We check data permissions first, then license and roll out Copilot to the people who will use it.
