Two live platforms Missan built and operates for multi-site food and beverage businesses: inventory and stock control with automatic deduction on sale, and a field operations app for outlet checklists, wastage and daily accountability.
Why bring this to an IT company rather than a software house
We run infrastructure, so the software works in the real world. Most software houses hand you a build and leave the hosting, backup, identity and support to someone else. Missan already runs those for its clients — so the application arrives on infrastructure that is monitored, backed up and recoverable.
Built in the UAE, supported in your timezone. Development in Sharjah and Chennai, delivery and support on the UAE working week. Not an offshore contract with a ticket queue in another timezone.
You own the result. Your data, your code, your documentation. A good outcome should not create a new dependency to replace the one you had.

You get a written scope with what it does, what it costs and how long it takes — and if the honest answer is that an off-the-shelf product would serve you better, we will say so. We would rather tell you that now than six months into a build.
