Logistics IT services
Logistics IT services for freight, warehousing and distribution companies.
If the WMS, the scanners or a branch link goes down, trucks wait at the dock. We installed and run the warehouse network for ILLUMIN8 in SAIF Zone, and we have built and run dedicated offshore teams for logistics companies.
What we look after
The systems that keep goods moving.
Warehouses, branches, free-zone sites and head office, on one standard.
- WMS and TMS uptime
- Servers, cloud links, network and backups under your warehouse and transport systems, with your software vendor handling the application.
- Warehouse Wi-Fi and scanners
- Coverage surveyed with the racking in place, access points placed for aisles, docks and yard, and handhelds and label printers that stay connected.
- Branch and multi-site networks
- The same firewall, VPN and monitoring at every warehouse and branch, with a backup internet link where a site cannot stop.
- Free-zone sites
- Onsite support across UAE free zones such as SAIF Zone, Hamriyah, JAFZA and KEZAD, alongside mainland offices.
- Security
- MFA, endpoint protection and email security against fake invoices and changed bank details, a common fraud in freight.
- Shared devices and Microsoft 365
- Managed shared PCs and handhelds on the warehouse floor, and Microsoft 365 for office, customer service and finance staff.
Around-the-clock operations
Planning IT for sites that do not close.
- Support hours and response targets set in the contract around your shifts
- Priority levels defined by what stops dispatch, not by who calls
- Spare scanners, switches and access points held on site for fast swaps
- Backup internet links at sites where downtime holds up trucks
- Changes made in agreed low-volume windows, with a way back
- Monitoring alerts on the links and servers that matter, so faults are seen early
How it starts
From site survey to steady running.
- 1
Site and Wi-Fi survey
We visit the warehouse and branches, test coverage where scanners are used, and list the systems that stop dispatch.
- 2
Fixed quote and plan
A fixed quote after the site survey, with fixes ranked by how much downtime they prevent.
- 3
Staged roll-out
Site by site, in agreed windows, with a way back at each step so operations keep moving.
- 4
Onboarding and monthly reporting
Onboarding usually takes about 30 days. After that you get support at the hours agreed in the contract and a monthly report by site.

Questions
What logistics IT and operations heads ask us.
Do you work with logistics and warehousing companies?
Yes. We installed and run the warehouse network behind a SonicWall firewall for ILLUMIN8 in SAIF Zone, standardise firewalls across multi-site businesses, and we have built and run dedicated offshore teams for logistics companies.
Our warehouses work around the clock. What support hours do you offer?
Support hours are agreed in the contract. We set the hours of cover and the response targets per priority around your shifts and the systems that stop dispatch, such as the WMS, scanners and the site internet link.
Do you support our WMS or TMS?
We look after the servers, network, Wi-Fi, scanners, printers and backups the WMS and TMS depend on, and we work with your software vendor on application faults so you have one contact for the infrastructure.
Why do our handheld scanners keep dropping off the Wi-Fi?
Usually because the Wi-Fi was designed for an office: too few access points, the wrong height, racking and metal blocking signal, or scanners roaming badly between access points. We survey the warehouse with the racking in place and design coverage for the aisles, docks and yard.
Can you cover free-zone sites and branches in other countries?
Engineers go onsite anywhere in the UAE, including free zones such as SAIF Zone, Hamriyah, JAFZA and KEZAD. Branches in the US, UK, India, Uzbekistan and the wider Middle East are supported remotely, with every site on the same firewall, VPN and backup standard.
Can you set up a dedicated team for us offshore?
Yes. Through our Global Capability Centre we build a team in India or Uzbekistan that works only for you, for example a service desk or IT operations team covering hours your UAE staff do not. We employ and run it, and you can take it in-house later.
What happens if we leave?
Your Microsoft tenant, domains and admin accounts stay in your name, and the network diagrams, passwords and configuration backups we keep are handed over in writing.
