How remote delivery works
The practical details for Egypt
Head office in Sharjah with teams in 3 countries (the UAE, India and Uzbekistan). We have no office in this country.
- Hours overlap
- Egypt is 1 or 2 hours behind the UAE depending on the season. Our hours (08:30 to 17:00 UAE time, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday morning) cover most of the Egyptian office day from Monday to Thursday. We are closed on Sunday, which is a working day in Egypt.
- Onsite
- There is no onsite service in Egypt. Everything we do for users there is remote.
- Contracts
- Your agreement is with Missan Global in the UAE. Scope, response targets, reporting and exit terms are written in before work starts.
- Data residency
- We work inside your tenant and tools under admin roles you grant and can revoke, and your Microsoft 365 data stays in the geography Microsoft has assigned to your tenant. If you use FortGrid backup or windream, we confirm where data is stored in writing before you sign.

Do you have an office in Egypt?
No. Our head office is in Sharjah, UAE, with teams in 3 countries (the UAE, India and Uzbekistan). Clients in Egypt are served remotely, and there is no onsite service in Egypt.
Can you support our Sunday working day?
Not as standard. Our working week is Monday to Saturday, with Saturday until 14:00 UAE time. Automated monitoring runs every day, and Sunday cover can be discussed as agreed out-of-hours work.
Can we get windream in Egypt?
Yes, through Missan as the exclusive windream partner for the Middle East. Scoping, licensing, implementation and support are delivered remotely.
