Does Microsoft not back up Microsoft 365 already?
Microsoft keeps the service running and keeps deleted items for a limited time. It does not keep an independent copy you control for years. If a mailbox is deleted, a user leaves and the licence is removed, ransomware syncs encrypted files into OneDrive, or someone empties a SharePoint library, the recycle bins and retention windows may not be enough. A separate backup closes that gap.
What does the backup cover?
Exchange Online mailboxes (including shared mailboxes), OneDrive, SharePoint sites and Teams files and chats where the tool supports it. We agree the scope with you, including former employees you need to keep.
Where is the backup stored?
That is your choice and we set it up accordingly: a cloud backup service, a UAE-hosted private cloud, or storage you own. Where data residency matters, we keep the copy in the UAE and document where it sits.
How do you know a restore will work?
We test it. Restores of a mailbox, a folder and a SharePoint library are run on a schedule and recorded, so you have evidence for an auditor or insurer rather than a green tick on a dashboard.

We deploy and support established Microsoft 365 backup products, including Veeam and cloud-native services, and choose based on your size, retention needs and where the data must live. You get the reasoning in writing.
How long does it take to set up?
The first full backup depends on how much data you hold. Setup itself is usually days, not weeks, and nothing changes for your users.
