- File server and shared drive migration. Folders, versions and permissions moved from Windows file servers, Google Drive or Dropbox, with a check list signed off per department
- Permissions clean-up. Groups instead of individual shares, external sharing rules, and a report of who can see what before Copilot is switched on

Do you provide SharePoint services in the UAE?
Yes. We design SharePoint sites and Teams structures, migrate file servers into them, clean up permissions and support them afterwards. We cover Dubai, Abu Dhabi and every emirate from our Sharjah head office.
Can you move our file server to SharePoint without losing permissions?
Yes. We map the existing permissions first, replace one-off shares with groups and move department by department. You sign off each department before the old share goes read-only.
Should we use SharePoint or a document management system?
SharePoint suits everyday collaboration. Where you need controlled records, strict retention and audit trails, we use windream, as windream’s exclusive Middle East partner. Many clients run both.
Do we need to fix SharePoint before Copilot?
Usually, yes. Copilot can read anything a user can open, so over-shared libraries become a data exposure. We check and tighten permissions before seats are switched on.
