For IMS we designed and installed CCTV at the Ras Al Khaimah office. For ILLUMIN8 we fitted door access in a new factory area and connected the Dubai site attendance to head office.

- Camera survey and layout
- Positions marked on a floor plan for entrances, cash points, loading bays and racking aisles, with the field of view agreed before cabling.
- IP cameras and recording
- Cameras chosen per area and an NVR or video management system sized to the retention period you need.
- Access control
- Card, PIN or biometric readers on doors, with access by role and time, and a log of who opened what.
- Time attendance
- Biometric or card terminals, reports by employee and site, and export to your payroll or HR system.

- Cameras and readers on their own network, PoE switching, secure remote viewing and multi-site links over VPN.

Site survey
An engineer visits, records what is installed today and what the business needs from it, before anything is priced.

Fixed quote
You get an equipment list, the labour, a schedule and one written price. Anything that changes on site is quoted in writing first.

Staged rollout
One site, floor or group at a time. The old setup stays in place, with a tested way back, until the new one is proven.

Handover and support
Documentation, admin access in your company’s name and a walkthrough. Then support under an AMC or managed IT if you want it.

Which camera and access control brands do you install?
We install cameras and recorders from vendors including Hikvision, Dahua, UNV and AVer, and choose the camera per area for the detail and low-light performance it needs. Access control and attendance readers are picked to match the doors and the number of staff.
How long is footage kept?
As long as you need. We size recorder storage to the number of cameras, the resolution and the retention period your business or landlord requires, and tell you the trade-off before you buy.
Why put cameras on a separate network?
Cameras are a common way into an office network. We place them on their own network, change default passwords, keep firmware updated and allow remote viewing only through a secure route, never by opening the recorder to the internet.
Can attendance data go into our payroll or HR system?
Usually yes. Most attendance systems export to common payroll and HR packages, and for several sites the readers can report to head office over the network. For ILLUMIN8 we connected the Dubai site attendance to head office over VPN.
Can you add to a system someone else installed?
Yes. We survey what is there, check the recorder and camera models still get firmware updates, and add to it where that makes sense. Where it does not, we quote a staged replacement.
How is a CCTV or access control project priced?
A fixed quote after the site survey: camera positions on a drawing, the doors and readers, cabling, recorder storage and labour. Any change on site is quoted in writing before we do it.
