3CX · IP phones · cloud PBX
Business phone systems on 3CX, set up and supported in the UAE.
3CX works with your existing phone system, so you keep your numbers and move users across in stages rather than in one risky weekend. Missan is a 3CX Partner, and the same team that looks after your network looks after your phones.
What we do

- Works with what you have
- 3CX connects to your existing lines and phone system, so extensions move across in stages.
- Desk phones and softphones
- IP desk phones for reception and fixed desks, and the 3CX app on mobiles and laptops for everyone else.
- Call routing
- Office-hours rules, ring groups, queues and an auto attendant set up from how your team actually answers calls.
- Multi-site
- Branches on one system, with free internal calls between sites and one reception for all of them.
- Reports and recording
- Missed, answered and abandoned calls by queue, and call recording where your policy allows it.
- Microsoft 365 and CRM
- Presence and contacts shared with Microsoft 365, and caller lookup from your CRM where it is supported.
How a project runs
Survey, fixed quote, then a staged rollout with a way back.
One department or site moves first. The old system keeps working for everyone else until the new one has run a full week.
-
Step 1
Site survey
An engineer visits, records what is installed today and what the business needs from it, before anything is priced.
-
Step 2
Fixed quote
You get an equipment list, the labour, a schedule and one written price. Anything that changes on site is quoted in writing first.
-
Step 3
Staged rollout
One site, floor or group at a time. The old setup stays in place, with a tested way back, until the new one is proven.
-
Step 4
Handover and support
Documentation, admin access in your company’s name and a walkthrough. Then support under an AMC or managed IT if you want it.
After go-live
What phone system support covers.
- 3CX updates applied in an agreed window, after a configuration backup.
- Licence renewals tracked, with a quote before expiry.
- New users, handsets, call flows and holiday routing handled as support requests.
- Call quality problems checked across the phone system, network and internet line together.
- Liaison with your telecom provider on line faults.
Support runs Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00 and Saturday 08:30–14:00 (Dubai time), with out-of-hours cover agreed in the contract where you need it. We reply within one business day to anything that is not urgent. See IT AMC contracts and managed IT services.
Questions
What buyers ask before they sign.
Do we have to replace our current phone system?
No. 3CX works with your existing phone system, so you can keep your current lines, numbers and many of your handsets, and move extensions across in stages. Some older analogue handsets need a small adapter.
Can we keep our phone numbers?
Yes. Your existing numbers stay with your telecom provider and are connected to 3CX, so customers keep calling the numbers they already know.
Cloud or on-premises?
Either. 3CX can run in the cloud, on a small server in your office or in a UAE private cloud. We recommend one after looking at your lines, internet connection and how many sites you have.
Does it work on mobiles and laptops?
Yes. Staff can take office calls on the 3CX app on their mobile or in a browser, with the same extension, so working from another site does not mean a personal number.
Can calls be answered automatically when nobody picks up?
Yes. Call queues, ring groups, office-hours routing and voicemail to email are standard. If you want calls answered and routed by AI, see our 3CX AI receptionist page.
How is a 3CX project priced?
A fixed quote covering the 3CX licence for your user count, any handsets, setup and number porting coordination. Support afterwards is a monthly line or part of an AMC.
