Managed security services · MSSP
Managed security services for UAE organisations that need one accountable security partner.
Most security incidents we are called into started with a gap between two vendors: the firewall supplier, the antivirus reseller and the Microsoft 365 admin each looked after their part. As a managed security service provider we run the whole estate under one contract, report on it every month and stay accountable for the result. 22+ years in UAE IT, with teams in 3 countries.

UAE manufacturer · security & private cloud
Production workloads secured and hosted on Sangfor security, hyperconverged private cloud and protected backup.
Multi-site firewall standard
Sangfor next-generation firewalls standardised across industrial and trading sites, centrally supported.
Same-day firewall replacement · Dubai
An old firewall swapped in a single visit for an aluminium factory, with internet restored the same day.
What we do
Every security layer, run by one team.
Sangfor Gold partner and Microsoft partner. We also deploy and support other major security vendors.
22+ years · 5,000+ clients served since 2004 · 10,000+ projects delivered since 2004
- Firewall and VPN management
- Rules reviewed, firmware kept current, VPN users controlled, and changes logged with a reason.
- Endpoint protection and response
- Every laptop and server protected, alerts triaged, and infected devices isolated quickly.
- Email and Microsoft 365 security
- Phishing filtering, Defender policies, MFA and conditional access set and monitored.
- Identity and access
- Joiners, movers and leavers handled the same day, admin rights kept to the people who need them.
- Vulnerability management
- Scheduled scans, patching tracked to completion, and a list of what is still exposed and why.
- Backup protection
- Backups kept separate from the network they protect, so ransomware cannot reach them, and restores tested.
MSSP, MDR or SOC
Managed security services compared with MDR and a SOC.
An MSSP contract covers the whole security estate: firewalls, endpoints, email, identity, patching, backups and reporting. Managed cybersecurity and MDR is the detection-and-response layer inside it. A SOC is a team watching alerts; ask any provider which hours it is staffed and who acts on an alert.
Our monitoring and alerting are automated and run 24/7; our engineers work alerts during UAE business hours, with agreed out-of-hours cover for named critical systems. A plain buyer’s guide is in MSSP vs MDR vs SOC explained.
Managed security vs a project
Why a one-off security project goes stale.
A firewall installed and left alone drifts: rules pile up, firmware falls behind and leavers keep their VPN access. A managed contract keeps the same controls current every month and reports on them, so an audit or insurer questionnaire is answered from records, not memory.
Dubai and the UAE
Managed security services in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
We cover Dubai, Abu Dhabi and every emirate from our Sharjah head office. Most security work is remote; engineers come onsite for firewall swaps, network changes and incident containment. Groups with offices abroad are covered remotely, with teams in 3 countries.
Who it suits
Who uses managed security services.
- Firms with an IT generalist but no security specialist.
- Groups with several sites and firewalls from different suppliers.
- Regulated teams in finance, healthcare and government that must show evidence. See government IT and healthcare IT.
- Companies answering client or insurer security questionnaires.
How a project runs
Survey, fixed quote, then a staged rollout with a way back.
Onboarding starts with a security assessment, so the contract covers what you actually have. Changes are staged, with a way back for every step.
-
Step 1
Site survey
An engineer visits, records what is installed today and what the business needs from it, before anything is priced.
-
Step 2
Fixed quote
You get an equipment list, the labour, a schedule and one written price. Anything that changes on site is quoted in writing first.
-
Step 3
Staged rollout
One site, floor or group at a time. The old setup stays in place, with a tested way back, until the new one is proven.
-
Step 4
Handover and support
Documentation, admin access in your company’s name and a walkthrough. Then support under an AMC or managed IT if you want it.
After go-live
What the monthly service includes.
- 24/7 automated monitoring and alerting, with engineer response in UAE business hours and agreed out-of-hours cover for named critical systems.
- A monthly security report: incidents, patch status, risky sign-ins and open actions.
- A quarterly review with management on risks, budget and the next priorities.
- Evidence for auditors and insurers, mapped to the UAE PDPL and your sector rules.
- A written responsibility matrix when you keep an internal IT team.
Support runs Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00 and Saturday 08:30–14:00 (Dubai time), with out-of-hours cover agreed in the contract where you need it. We reply within one business day to anything that is not urgent. See IT AMC contracts and managed IT services.
Questions
What buyers ask before they sign.
Do you provide managed security services in Dubai?
Yes. We cover Dubai, Abu Dhabi and every emirate from our Sharjah head office. Most security operations are remote, and engineers come onsite for firewall work, network changes and incident containment.
What is a managed security service provider (MSSP)?
An MSSP runs security controls for you on a monthly contract: firewall and endpoint management, email filtering, identity protection, patching, monitoring and response, with a regular report. You keep ownership of decisions; we do the daily work and tell you what changed.
How is this different from your managed cybersecurity and MDR service?
MDR is the detection-and-response layer for endpoints and Microsoft 365. Managed security services is the wider contract: it adds firewall and VPN management, vulnerability scanning, backup protection and policy work, so one partner owns the whole security estate.
What hours is the service monitored?
Monitoring and alerting are automated and run 24/7. Engineers work alerts during UAE business hours, with agreed out-of-hours cover for the systems you name in the contract. We write the escalation path into the contract so everyone knows who is called and when.
Which security products do you manage?
We are a Sangfor Gold partner and a Microsoft partner, so we run Sangfor firewalls and endpoint protection and Microsoft Defender, Entra ID and Intune. We also deploy and support other major firewall and endpoint vendors already in your estate, so you do not have to rip and replace.
Can you work alongside our internal IT team?
Yes. Many enterprise clients keep their own IT staff for users and projects and give us the security operations. Responsibilities are split in a written matrix so nothing falls between the two teams.
Does this help with UAE PDPL and audit requirements?
It gives you the evidence auditors ask for: who has access, which devices are patched, which alerts were raised and what was done. We map controls to the UAE PDPL and to your sector requirements as part of onboarding.
How is a managed security contract priced?
Per user, device or site, depending on scope, after a security assessment. You get a fixed monthly fee and a written list of what is in and out of scope.
