Enterprise projects · governance · delivery
Enterprise IT projects delivered on a method you can audit, from survey to signed handover.
Large IT projects rarely fail on technology. They fail on scope nobody wrote down, cutovers without a way back and handovers that leave no records. We run every enterprise project on the same governed method, with a named project manager, weekly reporting and acceptance you sign. 10,000+ projects delivered since 2004, with teams in 3 countries.

VMware to Sangfor HCI
A failed VMware host rebuilt on Sangfor HCI for a UAE building-materials trader, with the old disk array kept safe.
Multi-entity group
IT support, security, licensing and reporting standardised across the companies in a UAE group.
Cisco switching · two networks
Company and VIP networks separated on Cisco Catalyst switching in one rack for an engineering firm.
The method
Six controls on every enterprise project.
22+ years · 5,000+ clients served since 2004 · 10,000+ projects delivered since 2004
- Project charter and scope
- Objectives, scope, exclusions, assumptions and acceptance criteria written and signed before work starts.
- Named roles
- A project manager, a technical lead and a sponsor contact on each side, with a RACI so decisions have an owner.
- RAID log and weekly status
- Risks, actions, issues and decisions tracked in one log and reported weekly, with red items escalated the same day.
- Change control
- Any change to scope, cost or date goes through a written change request you approve before it happens.
- Staged cutover with rollback
- Site by site or system by system, out of hours where needed, with the rollback written before the change.
- Acceptance and handover
- Test results, as-built drawings, configuration records and a support handover, signed at each milestone.
How a project runs
How an enterprise project runs.
-
Step 1
Discovery and survey
Sites, systems, dependencies and constraints documented by engineers on site.
-
Step 2
Design and fixed proposal
A design, a bill of materials, a plan and a fixed price, with options where they matter.
-
Step 3
Mobilise
Kick-off, governance agreed, procurement placed and the schedule baselined.
-
Step 4
Build and migrate
Staged delivery against the plan, reported weekly, with change control.
-
Step 5
Accept and hand over
Testing, sign-off, documentation and a managed transition into support.
After go-live
What you receive at handover.
- As-built network and rack drawings, and an asset register.
- Configuration backups and records for every device changed.
- Credentials handed over through a secure channel, not email.
- A support handover into a managed service or AMC, or to your own team.
- A lessons-learned review with your sponsor.
Support runs Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00 and Saturday 08:30–14:00 (Dubai time), with out-of-hours cover agreed in the contract where you need it. We reply within one business day to anything that is not urgent. See IT AMC contracts and managed IT services.
Questions
What buyers ask before they sign.
What size of project do you deliver?
From a single-site server room to multi-site infrastructure programmes across several entities and countries. We have delivered 10,000+ projects since 2004, and we scope each one with the same method: survey, design, fixed quote, staged rollout and handover.
Who manages the project on your side?
A named project manager owns the plan, the risks and the reporting, with a named technical lead for design. You get one point of contact, a weekly status report and a change log.
How do you control risk during cutover?
Every change has a rollback plan written before it starts. Cutovers are staged by site or system, usually out of business hours, with acceptance checks agreed in advance so you sign off what you can see working.
Can you work to our governance framework?
Yes. We work to the client’s steering committee, change-approval and reporting cadence. If you do not have one, we bring a lightweight structure: project charter, RAID log, weekly status and a formal acceptance at each milestone.
Do you handle procurement of hardware and licences?
Yes. We supply servers, storage, networking, security and licences, and manage delivery and warranty registration. As a Microsoft partner and Sangfor Gold partner we procure those directly; other vendors we deploy and support through their authorised channels.
What happens after go-live?
You receive as-built drawings, configuration records, passwords handed over securely and a support handover. Many clients then move onto a managed service or an AMC; many have been with us for more than a decade.
