Questions

What buyers ask before they sign.

Do you respond to government and semi-government tenders?

Yes. We respond to tenders and RFPs from UAE government, semi-government and private enterprise buyers for infrastructure, security, Microsoft 365, cloud and support contracts, and we can register on your supplier portal.

What documents can you provide with a bid?

Trade licence, D-U-N-S number, partner credentials, company profile, references, case studies, method statements, project plans, compliance responses and a priced bill of quantities. The company facts procurement teams ask for are on our vendor facts page.

Can you do a site survey before we finalise the RFP?

Yes, if your process allows a pre-bid site visit. A survey makes the scope and the bill of quantities more accurate, which reduces variations after award.

Will you answer a technical compliance matrix?

Yes. We answer each line as compliant, partially compliant or not compliant, with a note. We do not mark a line compliant unless we can deliver it as written.

Can you help write the technical specification?

For private buyers, yes, as a paid consulting engagement or before a tender. For public buyers, we follow your rules on who may contribute to a specification and do not bid where that would be a conflict.

What support terms do you offer after award?

Warranty, AMC or managed service, with response times during business hours and agreed out-of-hours cover written into the contract.
