Network solutions for offices, warehouses and factories in Dubai.

Slow Wi-Fi, a firewall nobody has logged into for years, one flat network for staff, guests and cameras: most office networks we survey in Dubai grew one cable at a time. We design the network properly, supply and install the equipment, label and document it, and keep it monitored afterwards. 22+ years in UAE IT and 10,000+ projects delivered since 2004.

What we do

Every layer of the office network.

Sangfor Gold Partner. We also install and support Cisco, Fortinet and other major vendors already in your estate.

Switching and VLANs
Managed switches with separate networks for staff, guests, phones, cameras and servers.
Wi-Fi
Coverage surveyed before access points are placed, with guest Wi-Fi kept off the company network.
Firewalls and VPN
Next-generation firewalls, remote access for staff and site-to-site VPN, with rules documented.
Structured cabling and racks
Copper and fibre tested and labelled, racks tidied, and a port map you can actually use.
Internet failover and branch links
A second line that takes over automatically, and SD-WAN or VPN between branches and warehouses.
Network AMC
Monitoring, firmware updates, backups of configurations and changes logged with a reason.

Work we have delivered in Dubai

Network jobs we have done in Dubai.

Multi-site groups get the same standard at every site. See our multi-site firewall rollout and SD-WAN for multi-site networks.

Signs it is time

When an office network in Dubai needs redesigning, not patching.

  • Staff, guests, phones and CCTV all share one network.
  • Nobody has the firewall password, or the firmware is years old.
  • Wi-Fi drops in meeting rooms or the warehouse.
  • One internet line, and no plan for when it goes down.
  • Cables in the rack are unlabelled and nobody wants to touch them.

Where to go next

The detail behind each part of the network.

Cabling and racks are covered on structured cabling and networks; coverage and access points on Wi-Fi and network design; and firewalls on firewall solutions. For day-to-day support across Dubai, see IT support in Dubai.

How a project runs

Survey, fixed quote, then a staged rollout with a way back.

Every Dubai network job starts with a survey of what is actually installed. Cut-overs are planned out of working hours where needed, and the old setup stays in place until the new one is proven.

  1. Step 1

    Site survey

An engineer visits, records what is installed today and what the business needs from it, before anything is priced.

  2. Step 2

    Fixed quote

You get an equipment list, the labour, a schedule and one written price. Anything that changes on site is quoted in writing first.

  3. Step 3

    Staged rollout

One site, floor or group at a time. The old setup stays in place, with a tested way back, until the new one is proven.

  4. Step 4

    Handover and support

Documentation, admin access in your company’s name and a walkthrough. Then support under an AMC or managed IT if you want it.

After go-live

What a network AMC covers.

  • 24/7 automated monitoring and alerting of switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi and internet lines, with engineer response in UAE business hours and agreed out-of-hours cover for named critical sites.
  • Firmware and security updates, scheduled and reported.
  • Configuration backups, so a failed device can be replaced and restored quickly.
  • Changes requested, approved and logged with a reason.
  • An up-to-date network diagram and port map handed to you.

Support runs Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00 and Saturday 08:30–14:00 (Dubai time), with out-of-hours cover agreed in the contract where you need it. We reply within one business day to anything that is not urgent. See IT AMC contracts and managed IT services.

Questions

What buyers ask before they sign.

What do your network solutions in Dubai cover?

The whole office network: switching and VLANs, Wi-Fi, firewalls and VPN, structured cabling and racks, internet failover and links between branches. We design it, supply the equipment, install it, document it and then support it under an AMC or managed IT if you want.

Do you come onsite in Dubai?

Yes. Surveys, installations and planned changes are done onsite in Dubai, including the free zones such as Jebel Ali Free Zone. Engineers travel from our UAE head office in Sharjah, and day-to-day support and monitoring are handled remotely.

Which network brands do you work with?

We are a Sangfor Gold Partner for firewalls, and we also install and support the other major vendors already common in UAE offices, such as Cisco switching and Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, so you do not have to replace equipment that still does the job.

Can you separate guest, staff, phone and CCTV traffic?

Yes. Separate networks (VLANs) for staff, guests, IP phones, cameras and management are standard in our designs. In one Jebel Ali Free Zone office we ran two separate networks in the same rack, with the VIP user’s phone on its own network.

How fast can a failed firewall or switch be replaced?

For clients under contract we agree priority levels and response targets in writing. Where the replacement unit is available, a like-for-like swap is usually one visit: in one Dubai factory the old firewall was replaced and internet restored the same day.

Is the network monitored after installation?

Under a network AMC or managed IT contract, yes: 24/7 automated monitoring and alerting, with engineer response in UAE business hours and agreed out-of-hours cover for the sites you name as critical.

How is a network project priced?

After a site survey you get an equipment list, the labour, a schedule and one written price. Anything that changes onsite is quoted in writing before work goes ahead.
