- 1. Does it cover everything you run?
- Support, Microsoft 365, security, backup, networks and hardware. Gaps between vendors are where incidents start.
- 2. Are response targets in the contract?
- Priority levels, response targets and support hours written down, not promised in a sales meeting.
- 3. Who owns the admin accounts?
- Microsoft 365, firewall and domain admin should be in your company’s name, so you can leave if you need to.
- 4. Is security part of the service?
- MFA, patching, endpoint protection and backup that ransomware cannot reach, reported every month.
- 5. Can you verify the proof?
- Read the Google reviews, open the case studies and check partner status on the vendor’s own site.
- 6. Is the price clear?
- A fixed monthly fee, with what is in and out of scope listed, and published price ranges to compare against.
Where Missan fits
Where Missan fits best in Dubai.
We fit growing, mid-sized and multi-site companies that want one firm to run support, security, Microsoft 365, backup and networks, and groups with offices in several emirates or countries. We are a Microsoft partner, a Sangfor Gold Partner, the windream Exclusive Middle East Partner and a 3CX partner, with teams in 3 countries.
We price hardware with deployment and support included, so the total cost is clear. If you only need occasional break-fix help, tell us and we will advise whether an IT AMC in Dubai or pay-as-you-go suits you better.

Questions
What buyers ask before they sign.
How do I choose an IT company in Dubai for my business?
Start with fit, not size. Check that the company covers everything you run (support, Microsoft 365, security, backup and networks), that response targets are written into the contract, that you get admin access in your company’s name, and that it can show case studies and reviews you can verify. Then compare two or three written proposals on the same scope.
What should an IT company in Dubai include in a managed IT contract?
A helpdesk, onsite visits, device and server management, patching, Microsoft 365 administration, security, backup with tested restores, a monthly report and a named contact. The contract should list what is excluded, how priorities are defined and what each response target is.
Is Missan an IT company in Dubai?
Missan serves Dubai businesses from its UAE head office in Sharjah, as it has since 2004. Day-to-day support is remote, and engineers come onsite in Dubai, including the free zones, for installations, planned work and problems that cannot be fixed remotely.
Do Dubai IT companies offer 24/7 support?
Ask exactly what “24/7” means. At Missan, monitoring and alerting are automated and run 24/7, with engineer response in UAE business hours and agreed out-of-hours cover for systems you name as critical. Some providers advertise 24/7 but only staff a phone line; get the hours and escalation path in writing.
How much does an IT company in Dubai charge?
Most charge per user or per device each month for managed IT, or a yearly fee for an AMC. Our managed IT pricing estimator and IT AMC cost guide show the ranges we publish, so you can compare quotes before you talk to anyone.
Can we switch IT companies without downtime?
Yes, if the handover is planned. We list every device, account and licence, check that backups restore and take over admin access before the old provider steps back. Onboarding usually takes about 30 days.
What proof should I ask an IT company for?
Case studies with real detail, Google reviews you can read yourself, partner status you can check on the vendor’s site, and a reference client in a similar business. Missan holds a 4.6★ rating from 200+ Google reviews and publishes its case studies.
