IT companies in the UAE · buyer’s checklist
How to choose an IT company in the UAE, wherever your offices are.
Search for IT companies in the UAE, or an IT company near me, and you get directories of hundreds of names. What matters is whether one company can support every office you have, run your security and Microsoft 365 properly and still be answering the phone in year three. Missan has done this for UAE businesses from its Sharjah head office for 22+ years. 5,000+ clients served since 2004; many have been with us for more than a decade.

Questions
What buyers ask before they sign.
How do I choose an IT company in the UAE?
Check that it covers everything you run (support, Microsoft 365, security, backup and networks), that it can reach your offices in each emirate, that response targets are in the contract, that admin access stays in your company’s name and that its case studies and reviews can be verified. Then compare two or three written proposals on the same scope.
Where is Missan based?
Missan’s UAE head office is in Al Majaz, Sharjah, where it has been since 2004. From there we serve businesses across the UAE, with engineers onsite in Sharjah, Dubai, Ajman and the northern emirates, and planned visits to Abu Dhabi and the other emirates.
Is there an IT company near me?
If your office is in Sharjah, Dubai, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain or Ras Al Khaimah, our engineers reach you by road from Sharjah, and most support is done remotely the same day. Tell us your location and we will tell you exactly how onsite visits would work.
What IT services does Missan provide?
Managed IT and IT support, IT AMC contracts, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, Azure and private cloud, backup and disaster recovery, networks and Wi-Fi, 3CX phone systems, windream document management, resident engineers and IT projects. The full list is in our solutions catalogue.
Can one IT company cover offices in several emirates?
Yes. Many of our clients have offices, warehouses or sites in more than one emirate, and some in other countries. One contract, one helpdesk and one monthly report cover all of them, with onsite visits planned per site.
How much do IT companies in the UAE charge?
Most charge per user or per device each month for managed IT, or a yearly fee for an AMC. Our managed IT pricing estimator and IT AMC cost guide show the ranges we publish.
What proof should I ask an IT company for?
Case studies with real detail, Google reviews you can read yourself, partner status you can check on the vendor’s site and a reference client in a similar business. Missan holds a 4.6★ rating from 200+ Google reviews and publishes its case studies.
