Managed IT company · Ajman
A managed IT company for Ajman, about 25 minutes from our Sharjah head office.
Ajman factories, traders and showrooms need IT that keeps the till, the ERP and the warehouse running, without hiring an IT department. Missan runs managed IT for Ajman companies from Al Majaz, Sharjah: one monthly contract for the helpdesk, onsite engineers, Microsoft 365, security and backups. 22+ years in UAE IT, 5,000+ clients served since 2004.

Who we run it for
Managed IT for the kind of companies Ajman is built on.
- Factories and workshops in Ajman Industrial 1 and 2, Al Jurf and the New Industrial Area: the ERP server, label printers and the production-office PCs patched and watched, so a dead machine is noticed before the shift is.
- Traders and distributors moving building materials, spare parts and FMCG: stock and invoicing systems, handheld scanners, warehouse Wi-Fi and an internet line that fails over to a second link.
- Showrooms and retail: tills, card machines and CCTV that keep working on a Friday evening, guest Wi-Fi kept apart from the payment network, and a back office on Microsoft 365.
- Ajman Free Zone companies with a small office at the port and staff in other emirates: cloud-managed laptops, MFA and file access that works from anywhere.
First 30 days
What onboarding usually finds in an Ajman SME.
Most of what we find is ordinary: a shared admin password that a former employee still knows, a backup job that has been failing quietly for months, Microsoft 365 licences paid for people who left, a firewall nobody has logged in to since it was installed, and PCs a year behind on updates.
We fix those in order of risk, document what we changed and show you the list in the first monthly report. That report is also where repeat faults show up, which is how managed IT gets cheaper to run over time.
Security
The security baseline in every Ajman contract.
- MFA on every Microsoft 365 account, and leavers removed the same day
- Endpoint protection on PCs and servers, with alerts watched
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain, to cut spoofed invoices and payment-change emails
- Patching on a schedule, with a list of what was missed and why
- Backups restored on a schedule and the result recorded. Managed detection and response (MDR) can be added.
Price
How managed IT in Ajman is priced.
Per user or per device, with servers and sites listed in the proposal, so a ten-person office pays for ten people. Hardware, licences and projects are quoted separately. Try the managed IT pricing estimator or read managed IT costs in the UAE before you compare proposals.
Other emirates
One contract for your Ajman site and the rest.
Many Ajman companies also have a showroom in Dubai, a warehouse in Sharjah or a yard in Umm Al Quwain. All of them go under one contract with one helpdesk and one monthly report. See managed IT in Sharjah, managed IT in Dubai and IT support in Umm Al Quwain, and the case studies for the work behind them.
Managed IT or IT AMC
Which contract an Ajman business needs.
If your equipment is stable and you mainly need scheduled visits and repairs, an IT AMC is enough. If the same problems keep coming back, nobody looks after Microsoft 365 or backups have never been restored, managed IT is the better fit, because one company becomes responsible for fixing the cause.
For ad-hoc support, AMC and sector detail in the emirate, see IT support in Ajman. The UAE-wide service models and response targets are on managed IT services.

Questions
What buyers ask before they sign.
Is Missan a managed IT company for Ajman businesses?
Yes. We run managed IT contracts for Ajman companies from our Sharjah head office, about 25 minutes away. That covers the helpdesk, onsite visits, devices and servers, Microsoft 365, security, backups and a monthly report, for one monthly fee.
What does managed IT cover for an Ajman company?
A helpdesk for your staff, scheduled and on-demand onsite visits, monitoring and patching, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint and email security, backups with tested restores and a monthly report. Scope, exclusions and response targets are written into the contract.
Is managed IT affordable for a small business in Ajman?
It is priced per user or per device, so a small office pays for what it has. Many Ajman businesses start with an IT AMC and move to managed IT when repeat problems or security start costing more than the contract. Our pricing estimator shows the ranges we publish.
What hours does the service cover?
24/7 automated monitoring and alerting, with engineer response in UAE business hours and agreed out-of-hours cover for the systems you name as critical.
Do you cover Ajman Free Zone and the industrial areas?
Yes. Ajman Free Zone, Al Jurf, Ajman Industrial 1 and 2, Al Nuaimiya, Al Rashidiya and the Corniche. Branches in Sharjah, Dubai or Umm Al Quwain can sit under the same contract.
How do you take over from our current IT company?
Onboarding usually takes about 30 days. We list every device, account and licence, check that backups restore and fix urgent security gaps first. Your current provider stays in place until our side is working.
Do you have an office in Ajman?
No. Our only office is the head office in Al Majaz, Sharjah, about 25 minutes from central Ajman by road, and we have teams in 3 countries. Ajman is covered from Sharjah with remote support and onsite visits.
What response times do you commit to?
Response targets are written into the contract: P1 2 business hours, P2 4 business hours, P3 1 business day and P4 5 business days (business hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 and Saturday 08:30 to 14:00, Dubai time). Anything the helpdesk cannot close is escalated to an engineer within your first-response target.
What is not included in a managed IT contract?
The exclusions are written into the proposal. Typically new hardware, software licences, cabling projects and large migrations are quoted separately, so the monthly fee covers running and supporting what you have.
Who owns our Microsoft 365 tenant and admin accounts?
You do. The tenant, domain and global admin accounts stay in your company’s name. We work through named admin accounts, so leaving us later is a written handover, not a negotiation.
Can you complete a security questionnaire for our customer or insurer?
Yes. Send it through the enquiry form and we reply within one business day. Under managed IT we keep the evidence (MFA, patching, backup tests) that these questionnaires ask for.
Can you support our offices outside the UAE?
Yes, remotely, for offices in the US, UK, India, Uzbekistan and the Middle East, under the same contract as the Ajman site.
