Microsoft has confirmed Missan Global as a Solutions Partner for AI Business Solutions in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, in a letter dated 31/07/2026 and signed by Chief Partner Officer Nicole Dezen. The letter states that Missan is one of the first Microsoft partners to attain the designation. Missan is also a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider.
The designation covers Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI business solutions. We use it to help UAE organisations roll out Copilot on a secured Microsoft 365 tenant, with licences right-sized and data permissions checked first.
Missan has served 5,000+ clients since 2004 from its head office in Sharjah, with teams in 3 countries.
