- Staff, visitors and contractors get only the doors and hours they need, and leavers are removed from every site at once.

Site survey
An engineer visits, records what is installed today and what the business needs from it, before anything is priced.

Fixed quote
You get an equipment list, the labour, a schedule and one written price. Anything that changes on site is quoted in writing first.

Staged rollout
One site, floor or group at a time. The old setup stays in place, with a tested way back, until the new one is proven.

Handover and support
Documentation, admin access in your company’s name and a walkthrough. Then support under an AMC or managed IT if you want it.

Support runs Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00 and Saturday 08:30–14:00 (Dubai time), with out-of-hours cover agreed in the contract where you need it. We reply within one business day to anything that is not urgent. See IT AMC contracts and managed IT services.

What kinds of door access control do you install?
Card, PIN, biometric (fingerprint or face) and mobile credentials, on single doors or across a building. We choose the reader and lock for each door based on how it is used, the door type and the fire-escape rules for that exit.
Do you supply turnstiles and gates?
Yes. We supply and install tripod turnstiles, speed gates and full-height turnstiles for lobbies, staff entrances and site gates, and connect them to the same access control system as the doors, so one card or face works everywhere it should.
What happens to the doors in a power cut or fire alarm?
Each lock is chosen as fail-safe or fail-secure for that door, with battery backup on the controllers. Escape doors are wired to release on a fire alarm signal, coordinated with your fire contractor.
Can access control link to time attendance and CCTV?
Usually yes. Readers can feed attendance reports and payroll exports, and door events can be linked to camera footage. See our CCTV, access control and attendance page for the combined service.
Can you manage several sites from one place?
Yes. Controllers at each site report over the network, with branch links carried on a firewall VPN, so staff access can be added or removed for every site from one console.
How is an access control project priced?
A fixed quote after a site survey: each door, its reader and lock, turnstiles, cabling, controllers, software and labour. Any change on site is quoted in writing first.
