An engineer visits, records what is installed today and what the business needs from it, before anything is priced.

Fixed quote
You get an equipment list, the labour, a schedule and one written price. Anything that changes on site is quoted in writing first.

Staged rollout
One site, floor or group at a time. The old setup stays in place, with a tested way back, until the new one is proven.

Handover and support
Documentation, admin access in your company’s name and a walkthrough. Then support under an AMC or managed IT if you want it.

Support runs Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00 and Saturday 08:30–14:00 (Dubai time), with out-of-hours cover agreed in the contract where you need it. We reply within one business day to anything that is not urgent. See IT AMC contracts and managed IT services.

What is a Microsoft Teams Room?
A meeting room with a dedicated Teams device, a camera, microphones and a screen, signed in with its own room account. People walk in, press join on the touch panel and the meeting starts. No one plugs in a laptop or hunts for cables.
Can the room also join Zoom or Google Meet calls?
Yes. Most current Teams Rooms devices can join Zoom and Google Meet meetings from the same panel, and a cable or wireless share is available for anything else.
Do we need a licence for each room?
Each Teams Room needs a Teams Rooms licence, which covers the room account and management features. We include it in the quote and set it up in your Microsoft 365 tenant.
Why is the sound always worse than the picture?
Usually because the microphone is too far from people or the room echoes. We size microphones to the table and room, and check the room before quoting. Sometimes the fix is a ceiling microphone or acoustic panels, not a bigger screen.
Can people book rooms from Outlook?
Yes. Each room gets a mailbox in Microsoft 365, so it can be booked from Outlook or Teams, and a panel outside the door shows whether it is free.
How is a meeting room project priced?
A fixed quote per room covering the equipment, mounting, cabling, licences and setup. Larger rollouts are priced by room type, so a small huddle room and a boardroom each have their own line.
