Printers · toner · secure print
Managed print services: fewer printers, toner on time, costs you can see.
We start by counting what you have and what it prints, then cut the fleet to what the business needs. Toner arrives before it runs out, sensitive jobs wait for the person who sent them, and you get a monthly report of who prints what.

What we do
The fleet, the consumables and the bill.
22+ years · 5,000+ clients served since 2004 · 10,000+ projects delivered since 2004
- Fleet assessment
- Every printer and scanner listed with its location, age, monthly volume and running cost, and a recommendation on which to keep.
- Supply and installation
- Office printers, multifunction devices and document scanners supplied, set up on the network and added to user laptops by policy.
- Toner supply
- Levels watched on networked devices and cartridges delivered before they run out, for the models you actually own.
- Secure print
- Card or PIN release at the device, so confidential documents are only printed when their owner is standing there.
- Scan to email and SharePoint
- Scanning set up to send straight to the user or a SharePoint folder, with sensible file names.
- Cost control
- Usage by printer and department, mono by default, colour limits where they make sense, and duplex switched on.
How a project runs
Survey, fixed quote, then a staged rollout with a way back.
-
Step 1
Site survey
An engineer visits, records what is installed today and what the business needs from it, before anything is priced.
-
Step 2
Fixed quote
You get an equipment list, the labour, a schedule and one written price. Anything that changes on site is quoted in writing first.
-
Step 3
Staged rollout
One site, floor or group at a time. The old setup stays in place, with a tested way back, until the new one is proven.
-
Step 4
Handover and support
Documentation, admin access in your company’s name and a walkthrough. Then support under an AMC or managed IT if you want it.
After go-live
What print support covers.
- Faults reported to our helpdesk and handled remotely or by an onsite visit.
- Driver and queue problems fixed centrally, so users are not reinstalling printers.
- Preventive maintenance visits in line with the manufacturer schedule.
- Toner and parts reordered as levels drop.
- A monthly usage report by printer and department.
- Onsite visits anywhere in the UAE.
Support runs Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00 and Saturday 08:30–14:00 (Dubai time), with out-of-hours cover agreed in the contract where you need it. We reply within one business day to anything that is not urgent. See IT AMC contracts and managed IT services.
Questions
What buyers ask before they sign.
Do we need to replace our printers to start?
No. We assess the fleet you have first. Many printers can stay; usually a few old or expensive-to-run models are replaced and some are removed because nobody needs them.
Which printer brands do you work with?
We supply and support office printers, multifunction devices and scanners from the major brands, and choose the model by monthly volume, colour use and paper sizes rather than list price.
How does toner supply work?
Toner levels on networked printers are watched, and replacement cartridges are delivered before they run out. You stop keeping a cupboard of spare cartridges for models you no longer own.
What is secure print?
Jobs wait on the server until the person who sent them taps a card or enters a PIN at the printer. Payslips and contracts no longer sit in the output tray, and abandoned jobs are deleted.
Can we see what printing costs us?
Yes. Usage is reported by printer and by department, with colour and mono shown separately, so you can set rules such as mono by default or colour only for certain teams.
How is managed print priced?
Either a fixed monthly fee plus a cost per page, or hardware and toner quoted separately with service under your AMC. We show both over three years after the assessment.
Tell us about your printers
How many printers and scanners you have, roughly how much you print each month and what bothers you most. We reply within one business day.
Planning a project? Get it scoped first.
Send us the brief, the deadline and what you have today. An engineer reviews it and we reply within one business day with next steps.
