MISSAN FMS — Privacy Policy

MISSAN FMS ("the app") is the mobile companion to MISSAN's internal document and approval system. It is provided by MISSAN COMPUTER L.L.C.SP, Office 1503, 15th Floor, Lake Corniche Street, Al Majaz, Sharjah, P.O. Box 21017, United Arab Emirates ("MISSAN", "we").

Who can use the app

The app is only for MISSAN staff and authorised users who already have an FMS account. It cannot be used without one.

What information the app handles

  • Your FMS username and display name, used to sign you in and show your tasks.
  • The documents, comments, approvals, rejections, signatures and cheque records you view or act on in the app.
  • A device notification token, only if you allow notifications, used to tell you when a document needs your attention.
  • Photos or files you choose to attach, only when you pick them yourself.

The app does not collect your location, contacts, or any data for advertising. It does not use an advertising ID and contains no advertising or third-party analytics.

How it is used and stored

This information is used only to run the approval workflow. It is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections to MISSAN's own servers and stored there. Your sign-in session is kept in your device's secure storage.

Sharing

We do not sell your information and do not share it with third parties. It is visible only to MISSAN staff who work on the same documents, as part of the normal approval process.

Retention and deletion

Business records (documents and their approval history) are kept for as long as MISSAN is legally or operationally required to keep them. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information that is not part of such a record by emailing the address below.
